Mortimer is a tall and obese legally blind man with fair skin, black eyebrows, brown hair, a white protruding tooth, a pair of glasses, and wears a dark-green colored ranger's outfit, including a long-sleeved collar shirt with a yellow shoulder patch, a bronze name tag on the top right, and a black tie, long pants with a black belt with a bronze buckle, black shoes, and a campaign hat.
